Shortly after I arrived in Austin I walked over to Govalle Park to play the harmonica. I think it was in early 2009. The park was empty and I played under this open air structure that had beautiful acoustics.
The park was across from Big Medium art studios and I could just walk right over and play. Often, the park was empty and so I began to walk around and play at the same time. It was good exercise and I liked the way nature and the weather effected my playing.
